Biography:
Dr. Niemann has been with the U.S. EPA for 25 years and currently works in the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Assistant Administrator for Environmental Information as an Enterprise Architect and Semantic Web Services Specialist and Chairs the Federal CIO Council's Semantic Interoperability Community of Practice (SICoP).
