Cheryl Connors
Biography:
Ms. Connors has been with The MITRE Corporation since 1984. Currently, she is a major contributor to Time-Sensitive Targeting (TST) Community of Interest (COI) Vocabulary Panel efforts, and W3C XML Schema development efforts for several DoD information interchange standards. She led the execution of the survey discussed in this paper.
