Possessing a strong interest in Human Factors research and structured authoring, Ted has specialized in marrying XML with innovative Information Architecture and navigation systems development.Ted brings over 11 years industry experience in various development, marketing, and project management roles, and holds a BA in English, a diploma in Software Development, and a MS in Project Management.
